Tucson Irish Heritage Foundation established
It has been a dream of many local groups and individuals to establish an Irish Heritage Center here in Tucson. Phoenix has its Irish Cultural Center, and Tucson is now one step closer to establishing its own center. A 501©(3) non-profit corporation, Tucson Irish Heritage Foundation, Inc., has been created and is grateful for any tax-deductible donations, which can be sent to the group at PO Box 41563, Tucson, AZ 85717-1563. Maybe you visited the group’s table at Tucson Meet Yourself. The web site is up and will have content soon at http://TucsonIrishHeritageFoundation.com. We will have a link up on our links page once the site is out of debugging mode and has content up. The board of trustees include Betsy Coyle, John Flanagan, Robin McArdle-Landers, Cathy Harris, Meg Lofgren, Mel Levine, Tim Prendiville, Pat Anderson, Claudia Francis-Moullier, and Winnie Hennesey.
